# CHEESECAKE DEVILED STRAWBERRIES!
## Ingredients
### Strawberry Crunch Topping:
– 6 golden oreo cookies
– 1 tbsp unsalted butter
– 2 tsp strawberry Jell-O
### Cream Cheese Filling:
– 12-15 fresh strawberries
– 8 oz cream cheese
– ¾ cup powdered sugar
– 2 tbsp heavy cream
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– ⅛ tsp salt
## Instructions
1. Prepare the Strawberry Crunch Topping:
– Crush the golden oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a bag and rolling with a rolling pin
– Melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat
– In a small bowl, combine the crushed oreo crumbs, melted butter, and strawberry Jell-O
– Mix until well combined and set aside to cool and firm up
2. Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling:
– Wash and hull the strawberries (remove the green leafy tops)
– Cut the tops off each strawberry to create a small cup shape
– Carefully hollow out the strawberries using a small spoon or melon baller, leaving about ¼ inch of flesh at the bottom
– In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth using an electric mixer or by hand
– Add powdered sugar, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt to the cream cheese

3. Assembly:
– Using a piping bag or a small spoon, fill the hollowed strawberries with the cream cheese mixture
– Sprinkle the strawberry crunch topping over each filled strawberry
– Arrange on a serving plate and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving
