Frosting

- Gradually add the confectioners’ sugar, beating continuously until the frosting becomes smooth, fluffy, and spreadable. Adjust mixing time to achieve a light, airy texture.
- Once the cakes are completely cooled, spread a generous layer of frosting between the cake layers, then frost the top and sides evenly.
- If desired, garnish the cake with freshly sliced strawberries for a fresh, decorative finish.
